Doolin Cave Café The perfect lunch stop that combines local food with an opportunity to explore the underground and over ground of the Burren. St Tola Goat Farm: St. Tola Irish Goat cheeses are handmade with no additives or preservatives.

A natural geotritum mould rind grows as the cheese matures (synthetic rinds are never used) to protect the cheese and enhance the flavour.

Burren Gold Cheese @ Aillwee Cave: Burren Gold is a firmed texture of Gouda style farmhouse cheese made in  the traditional way using milk from the neighbouring farm. Visit the Farm shop at Aillwee, see the cheese being made and taste the different flavours.
