Online: Plan your journey and buy online

By Telephone: 00448709 000 773 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday or 9am ad 5pm Sundays.

If you buy your train tickets online or by phone with SailRail/Arriva Trains Wales, there are no booking fees, no credit card or debit card fees and no delivery fees (except next day delivery) all you pay for is the price of your ticket.

At the station: You can buy your SailRail tickets from any UK Staffed Station Ticket Office.

Rail Appointed Travel Agents: You can also buy your train tickets from a Rail Appointed Travel Agents.

Passengers en route to the port are advised to call Ferrycheck up to 24 hours before their journey.
