In 2018 The Burren Food Trail secured a deal with Chef and author Trevis Gleeson and together with O’Brien Press published the Burren Dinners book in 2019.
The book was launched at the Burren Food Fayre 2019, featuring a host of Burre (change to Burren) Food Trail members and leading figures in the Burren, sharing their personal stories an 3-course family dinner recipes.
