There is long history of traditional music in Kinvara, with many of the pubs hosting music sessions.


Tullys Bar and Sextons also host regular music sessions.

Fleadh na gCuach  (Cuckoo Festival) – 29th April – 1st May (Bank Holiday weekend)

The festival will have a mix of traditional music, singing sessions, set dancing and poetry readings. It takes place every year on the May bank holiday weekend (the first weekend in May).


Kilfenora is the home of the Kilfenora Ceilli band and famous for traditional Irish music sessions held regularly in the pubs in the village including Vaughans and Linnanes
