Hotel Doolin’s village streetscape consists of a boutique hotel with 17 deluxe bedrooms, Cullinan’s Guesthouse, Piper’s Chair Houses, Glas Restaurant, Fitz’s Pub, Stonewall Wood-fired Pizza, The Eco Wedding & Events Barn which has capacity to seat 300 people, an outdoor BBQ area, the Sibín Bar and Gardens and our Attic Venue. The hotel has won numerous awards including Irish Medium Sized Green Organisation of the Year 2019/2021 at the Green Awards, the Green Team Sustainability award 2021,  Chambers Ireland CSR Award 2019 as well as being listed in the McKenna Guide 100 Best and the Irish Independent’s Fab 50 Places to Stay.

At Glas we believe passionately in bringing our community into our kitchen. We are proud to bring you this 30-mile menu where every ingredient featured on the menu is foraged, reared, caught, grown, or produced in County Clare not more than 30 miles ‘as the crow flies’ from our hotel.
Foraged ingredients from Thalli Foods, charauterie & pork from Lunasa farm Quin, whole lobster & crab from Michael O‘Connell of Doolin, wild game by Gourmet Game from the hills of East Clare, Seafood by Garrihy’s of Doolin, organic vegetables from Moy Hill & Nolan’s Farm, eggs from Moy Hill, oysters from Flaggy Shore Oyster, potatos by Annie & Ronan Nolan, chocolate from Hazel Mountain, cheese from Aillwee, St. Tola Goat’s Cheese & Cratloe Hill, herbs and salads from our polytunnel, dairy from Carron, desserts and breads made in house from local ingredients.
Famous for it’s lively music sessions and home of the Wild Atlantic Session, it hosts live music every night of the year. Fitz’s is the pulse of Doolin with a cosy front bar and open fire, ideal for chilling with a cool pint whilst listening to the best of local musicians and a relaxed eatery where you’ll be served the best of local seafood, meats and vegetarian/vegan fayre in a friendly informal setting. One cannot visit Fitz’s Pub without tasting our very own Dooliner Beer, a creamy, smooth traditional Irish red ale.

The Attic is latest edition to Hotel Doolin, drawn from our love of music, gatherings and the arts. This unique space opened in summer of 2021 hosts live music, spoken word, theatre and comedy, something for everybody. Our live entertainment will run daily throughout the summer and we will keep the tunes coming throughout the winter with intimate gigs of all genres.
While you enjoy the venue, check out the original Lisdoonvarna Festival posters alongside the past posters from our own Doolin Folk Festival. Some of the same talent will be invited to grace the stage of The Attic at some stage. The artwork in the Attic was specially commissioned by local artist Marcus aka Surfek West who drew his inspiration from the mesmerising colours of the skies off Doolin pier.
