Doolin pantry is owned and run by Myles Duffy and Karen Courtney.  It was formed as a spinoff from our original business StoneCutters Kitchen Family Restaurant based on our famous Brown Soda Bread which we served in our restaurant for the 21 years we were trading from 2001-2022.  Due to demand for the product after we closed we decided to start making brown bread mix which allows the customer to make our bread at home.

Doolin Pantry is a small artisan food producer who wholesale Brown Soda Bread Mix to retailers in the Burren area for resale.

We do a couple of food fayres during the year such as the Slow Food Fayre in May and the Burren Food Fayre in October, when we would have a stall selling our brownies, brown bread and cakes to the general public but other than that we are a wholesale business and don’t sell directly to the public.

We have plans to increase our products in 2024.
