St Tola Goat Farm
St Tola Goat Cheese is one of the finest artisan cheeses in the world. It has been made in Inagh, just south of the Burren since the late 1970’s, and 2021 marks Siobhan Ni Ghairbhith’s 21th year at the helm.
The milk for St Tola Cheese comes from our herd of 300 milking goats kept at our 65 acre family farm. The flavours of the cheese reflect the pure clean environment in which it is made.
We make a range of goat milk cheeses from young fresh crottin, classic goats cheese logs to mature hard Gouda. St. Tola cheeses are handmade cheeses, to which no additives or preservatives have been added and we mature our cheese to suit our customers’ individual requirements.
